FNS was formally registered as a partnership in 2004 and was converted to a 'Private Limited Company' in 2006 to limit the liabilities of its non-remunerated founders. FNS is run like a social enterprise which combines the agility of a private enterprise with a non-profiteering intent.

Group Process Facilitation is a rapidly expanding worldwide profession that plays a vital role in the workings of business, government and communities across the globe. There is a growing demand for people who can help groups build consensus, maximize participation and move toward action.

We welcome experienced facilitators who are willing to accept a surplus (revenue minus expenses) sharing model to partner us in promoting, supporting and advancing the art and practice of professional facilitation by conducting facilitation-related workshops through FNS. Besides contributing to the enhancement of facilitation skills of our network of facilitators, you could leverage on the opportunity to introduce your services.
