PARTNERS

The INVENT Division of the National Library Board comprises
a dynamic team of cross-disciplinary designers and facilitators
who develop and prototype programmes and services for
the National Library of Singapore.
They possess extensive design and facilitation experience
in areas like Business Process Re-engineering, Quality
Management, Change Management, Organisation Development,
Open Space Technology, Creativity and Innovation. As
designers, INVENT has created the Aspiration Pathfinder,
Ask Stupid Questions workshops and Mind Explorers programmes,
as well as the CREED profiling tool.
They have conducted more than 50 creativity programmes
for the public and the private sectors. They have also
run numerous leadership seminars as well as facilitated
at national platforms like the 2nd Networked Government
Forum, 3rd PS Innovation Summit (IQPC), PS21 ExCEL Convention
2002, Ministry of Education's Singapore Teachers Conference
2004, Ministry of Information, Communications and the Arts' Innovation Fiesta in 2002
to 2005, and the Civil Service College's Innovation Expedition 2004.
They have also facilitated in international conferences
such as the International Association of Facilitators' (IAF) inaugural
conference in Singapore in 2004. In addition, INVENT also conducted
the Team Innovation and Creativity @ Kuala Lumpur Experience (T.I.C.K.L.E)
in Malaysia jointly organised by the Asian Strategy & Leadership Institute
and the NLB in 2005.
Their credentials include leading Singapore Innovation
Award assessor and Singapore Innovation Class assessor.
