About the Session
Join us for this SPECIAL session and gain a first-hand experience of some group coaching steps / exercises that can help facilitate complex challenge situations.. Together with Denise, (former First Vice President International Coaching Federation (ICF) Singapore), we will explore the steps involved to facilitate group coaching and how it can be applied to various challenge scenarios.
Participants Will
Practice using certain group/team coaching tools.
Discuss application of these tools for various challenge situations.
The Facilitator
Denise is an accredited Executive Coach and Facilitator working with organizations, teams and individuals across Asia and beyond to facilitate leadership, team and organizational development plus inspired, positive change. Denise's works spans the areas of Culture Change, Authentic Leadership, Leading for High Performance & Sustainability plus partnering with organizations to evolve new levels of organizational purpose, vibrant energy, leadership, team working / collaboration, performance,/ results and contribution.
Over the past eight years, Denise has formally coached, mentored and trained Asia based executives, coaches, teams and groups from diverse industry sectors including pharmaceutical, banking, finance, IT, manufacturing, advertising, entertainment, oil, shipping, education and government.
Prior to leading her own business Denise was Director, Strategic Marketing, Research and Trends for Coca Cola China Limited and before that Senior Planning Manager for Disney BVHE Asia Pacific.
Clients partnering with Denise benefit from her cross-cultural attunement and extensive business management, strategic planning, coaching and leadership experience. Denise is a British citizen and has settled in Singapore after living in the UK, Australia, China, Hong Kong and Japan. She has also worked in Korea, Taiwan and throughout South East Asia.
Married with two gorgeous boys, Denise works hard, on a daily basis, to live true to her values and purpose.
